Case Study

The original ventilation system serving the operating theatres at Glasgow Royal Infirmary had become unreliable.

The system was served by two 1600mm variable pitch in motion fans designed to maintain “clean room” conditions in the theatres.

Ducting, dampers attenuation and one of the fans was replaced, enabling the hospitals’ operating theatres to function safely.
